• Each room includes: color cable TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils, linens and towels for both the bath and for the pool.

• Full time on-site Wi-Fi internet access.

• All guests have access to the swimming pool and roof-top sunning area. The roof is reached only via stairs.

• For optional air conditioning, the rate is $50 more each week, $200 more for the month.

• An optional gas cooktop can be provided for a $40 equipment and fuel charge.

• For monthly rentals, weekly cleaning and towel/linen exchange are provided.

• No pets are allowed in the rooms.

• Gay, Bisexual and Lesbian friendly. Merida gay places

• 18-foot tall privacy fence.

• This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.

• Reservations are to be paid by credit card via Paypal, a part of the internationally recognized E-Bay family of companies.

• Full pre-payment is required to guarantee your reservation.

• Credit card payment information via Paypal will be sent to you with your reservation confirmation.

• If notice of cancellation is received more than ten days before your scheduled arrival date, 90% of the reservation deposit will be refunded to your credit card. For cancellations within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund. Additionally there will be no refund if you leave earlier than your reservation dates.

• The check-in time is after 3:00 PM and the check-out time is before 12:30 PM. We will do our best to accommodate you if these times are in conflict with your schedule.

• Early check-outs: Please inform us as soon as possible. There shall be no refunds if you leave earlier than your reservation dates.

• Extensions: If you want to postpone your check-out (days or hours), please inform us as soon as possible. If we have already reserved the room, we will be unable to postpone the check-out.

• Children younger than 17 years are not allowed.

• Posada Santiago Guesthouse can arrange tours, airport pickup, parking, personal laundry, cocktail parties or catering, or other optional fee-based services.

• Posada Santiago Guesthouse is not responsible for any services other than those published on our web page.
